Spring Wedding in 2010?

A friend surprised me with a huge news today :)
Apparently, she's totally in love with an old acquaintance and to top that, looks like a wedding is in the works :) Yey! I believe the guy is on the hunt for diamond rings and I can't wait for this wedding to happen in Spring of 2010. That's just my prediction :) It may be soon.

Why is it so hard to lose weight when you're in your 30s Up?
Gosh, I used to sweat off 5 lbs easily in 2 weeks but now it seems like forever! I am so tempted at taking these best diet supplements but then again, hubby do not agree with this easy way of losing weight.

Writer's Block?

Having not to blog for at least 24 hours in my current favorite blog is what I consider my sense of writer's block. Yes, I think every blogger experiences this once and in a while. But for me, I think it is purely laziness on my part. I have completed my 1st set of finals, that's why and before I head on to the one and last requirement and final exam for this school's quarter, I want to rest a bit. I have been actually surfing on things I love, used to love, shopping-wise. Goodness, if only I have the extra moolah, I know I would be overspending again hee hee. But, yea we learned to manage and be very wise in terms of our finances. In fact, I have not use a regular credit card here. Every time I purchase using cards, I make sure I use debit cards only. Hubby and I reserves our credit cards for big purchases only and never use it on regular shopping. Our goal is if we do not have enough funds on our debit cards, then we have to wait. When we moved to this town home last year, hubby and I had a hard time choosing the best tv cable service company. You see, in our area, there are a lot to choose from but one has to be very critical and meticulous when choosing. Others have hidden charges and others have more movie channels. We ended up getting the most common cable service company which our family also subscribe from and most of our neighbors too. When we were there, a couple of local athletes talk us into getting Direct TV deals. We were too late as we have already paid the subscription for 1 year to the local cable service I mentioned.

When we got home, I checked out the Direct TV options and apparently, they have more movie channels. I woke up early as hubby wanted to find some reliable and affordable compact flash his Aunt's company would be giving out as their anniversary gift.
